“The steering wheel in my ute was quite badly deteriorating so I was looking for replacement options when I stumbled across Fibrenew. Dean came back with an estimate very quickly, and it was no problem arranging a suitable time to come and do the work (the estimate was a LOT cheaper than a replacement wheel).
The job took longer than expected, yet the price remained as estimated despite a clear understanding that it may increase if the damage was much worse than the photos suggested (which it was).
The result? OK, the wheel does not quite look brand new, but it still very good with just a bit of minor dimpling where the worst of the damage was; you probably wouldn't notice it if you didn't know about it. Overall, I'm very happy! (Dean is a nice guy, too!)”
